Fogle, Former Subway Spokesman Gets Plea Deal, Will Plead Guilty To Child Pornography

Jared Fogle, the former Subway spokesman, is expected to plead guilty to possession of child pornography charges. He will accept a plea deal today. According to U.S. Attorney’s Office will hold a press conference Wednesday afternoon to discuss the deal and charges against Fogle. His attorney, Ron Elberger, had no comment in regards to the plea deal. He said any information regarding the charges would come from the attorney’s office and that his suspension with Subway continues.

Mbuso Mandela, 24, the popular Nelson Mandela's grandson has been charged with allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl. He appeared in a Johannesburg court last Monday, South Africa's The Star newspaper reported. He currently remains in police custody and will return to court on Friday for a bail hearing. According to the Daily Sun, the accused was arrested over the weekend for raping the girl that went to the restaurant with friends in the bathroom stall of a popular restaurant in the Johannesburg suburb of Greenside.
