India's First Lady Suvra Mukherjee, has died today. She died from complications from a respiratory disorders at the Army Hospital in Delhi. Full story and more pictures after cut..........."Suvra Mukherjee died after a cardiac arrest. She was on ventilator till the time of her death," hospital PRO Sanjay Kumar said. She is survived by her husband, India's President Pranab Mukherjee, a daughter Sharmistha Mukherjee and two sons Abhijit Mukherjee and Indrajit Mukherjee. As custom demands, she is being laid-in-state the same day where guests will pay their last respect at the presidential residence. She will be cremated tomorrow.
