Two allegedly gay couple
were forced out from their home and made to masturbate and have anal sex in
front of an angry mob on the 28th of January, 2014. This happened in
Portharcourt one of the biggest cities in Nigeria. Does this mean the Nigerian
President let the citizens take law into their hands in form of jungle justice
when it comes to sexuality? This started since he signed the new law against
gays and Lesbians. Now this is human humiliation to the highest level. To avoid
being killed by the crowd in an act of jungle justice, the two men started
carrying out in private while the crowd filmed them. After which the footage
was shared on social media and the vigilantes where heard jeering as the large
crowd of onlookers watched the men’s humiliation in the video.
This is total abuse and not only humiliation....What ever happened to the biblical saying " he who has no sin to cast the first stone"? True the act is abominable...
