Justin Bieber's mentor Usher, and manager Scooter Braun, headed to Panama this weekend to spend time with him and probably chat about his recent run-ins with the law. Bieber is relaxing with his entourage in Punta Chame, a beach town on the Gulf of Panama. His new gal pal, Chantel Jeffries, 21, who was with him in his rented Lamborghini at the time of his arrest, is also there with him.
