Kylie, 18 and Tyga, 26, who began dating in 2014, split for good earlier this month after a turbulent on-off relationship.
The reality TV star is now dating another hip hop star, PartyNextDoor, real name Jahron Brathwaite, according to editors at British newspaper The Sun.
"Their relationship started quite suddenly but it just feels right," a source tells the paper. "They are mad for each other. She doesn't know why she wasted time with Tyga."
The insider adds that the Kardashian family are more comfortable with Jahron, 22, dating Kylie because he is closer to her own age.
"Kylie's family found the eight-year age gap with Tyga a bit weird, especially as they got together before she turned 18 last year," the source adds. "PartyNextDoor is much better as he's only four years older than her."
PartyNextDoor and Kylie have known each other for a number of years, and she and her sister Kendall appeared in the video for his 2014 collaboration with Drake - Recognize.
