The judge ordered Williams to wear an ankle monitor while confined to his home for 3 months, starting March 1st. He cannot perform in concert, and he can only leave home for doctor’s appointments or to perform community service with elderly people, not his fans.
In December, the judge ruled that Meek had violated his probation due to various unauthorized trips outside of the Philadelphia area. During that hearing, Meek told the judge, “I’m not a gangsta. I’m not a criminal. I have my queen, Nicki now. I’m trying to do better and feel like I can be the best rapper out there.” Williams was on probation due to a 2009 drug and gun conviction. In 2014, he served five months in jail for violating his probation.
