Former National Security Adviser Dasuki, Others Granted Bail Over N9.6billion Fraud

Former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, former Minister of State for Finance, Bashir Yuguda, former director of finance at the office of the NSA, Shuaibu Salisu was this morning granted bail by Justice Peter Affect of the Federal High Court in Abuja. They were given N250 million bail each over their involvement in a N9.6 billion fraud. Full post after cut.............

The presiding judge granted the accused persons bail in the sum of N250 million each with a surety in like sum. He ruled that the surety must be a civil servant, serving or retired and not less than the rank of a director. He added that the accused persons should submit their passports with the court registrar and that they must notify the court before traveling outside Abuja.
