All Charges Against Biafra Leader Nnamdi Kanu Dropped In Magistrate Court By Department of State Security

Department of State Security dropped all charges against the owner of Biafra Radio and director of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mr Nnamdi Kanu at the Chief Magistrate Court Abuja. Shuaibu Usman, the magistrate of the Chief Magistrate Court, Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, this morning discharged Kanu and struck out the case filed against him after the Federal government through its agent, the Department of State Services (DSS), approached the court to withdraw the case so that a higher court, which has jurisdiction to entertain charges bordering on terrorism, can take over.
