In court documents, Tarpley accused Shepherd of being an unfit mother. A judge disagreed yesterday, ruling that “there had not been a material change in circumstances to grant the request.”
Tarpley reportedly blamed Sherri for their 9-year-old son’s inability to read or tie his shoes and claimed the child had poor hygiene. Jeffrey is pictured above with Sherri and her estranged second husband, Lamar Sally, during happier times.
Sherri and Sally each filed for divorce after Shepherd accused Sally of fraudulently coercing her into hiring a surrogate to carry their baby. Shepherd said Sally intended to divorce her and file for child support. Sally is the unborn child’s biological father. But Shepherd is not the biological mother.
Sally is preparing to file court documents forcing Shepherd to accept financial responsibility for the unborn child.
