Beyonce is Time magazine's cover gal for its annual '100 Most Influential People' issue 2014. The 32-year-old singer and Jay Z's wife happily we received the honor from America's top magazine along with some complimentary words from Sheryl Sandberg a Facebook top executive. In her statement she wrote that, "Beyoncé doesn't just sit at the table. She builds a better one." Sheryl wrote this of Beyoncé who stunned on the black and white cover in a white two-piece ensemble. "She raises her voice both on- and offstage to urge women to be independent and lead."
