Nick Gordon has been found legally responsible for the death of 22-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown after failing to show up to a scheduled court date, E! News reports.
This comes shortly after BK’s estate filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Nick; the suit alleged that she died after the two had a violent altercation and he injected her with a “toxic” mixture.

Bobbi’s father, Bobby, released his own statement expressing his feelings about the outcome.
“I am pleased with the outcome of today’s court proceedings. All I ever wanted was answers relating to who and what caused my daughter’s death,” he said. “Today’s judgment tells me it was Nick Gordon. Now I need to process all the emotions I have and lean on God to get me and my family through this.”
Bobbi passed away back in July 2015 after spending seven months in a coma.
