Jermaine Jackson and wife Halima Rashid are divorcing.
Rashid, 46, filed court documents on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences, according to divorce papers obtained by PEOPLE.
The pair married in August 2004, and Rashid cites November 28, 2015 as the date of separation.
The former couple do not have children together, but Rashid is requesting spousal support.
This was the father of nine's third marriage.
Jackson, 61, was previously married to Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza from 1995 - 2003, and Hazel Gordy from 1973 - 1988.
