It looks like Justin Bieber might be getting a stepmom after his dad, Jeremy Bieber, popped the question to his longtime girlfriend, Chelsey Rebelo.
The "Sorry" singer's 41-year-old father proposed to his 28-year-old girlfriend at a stunning seaside vista on Feb. 19, during the couple's recent trip to St. Barts.Jeremy and Chelsea have been dating for several years following his divorce from ex-wife Erin Wagner.Justin has yet to comment on his dad's big news.
