Justice Sylvester Nguta of the supreme court today, dismissed the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party's (PDP) candidate, Chief of Terhemen Tazoor to cancel the April 11, 2015 gubernatorial election in Benue state. The supreme court Judge upheld the election and Governor Samuel Ortom gets to keep his job. Big congrats.
