"He gave me his heart on Valentine's Day, and I said YES!" she captioned the photo. The actor and Gaga met in 2011. Taylor Kinney proposed on Valentine’s Day, and after he popped the question, the couple celebrated at Gaga’s family's restaurant, Joanne Trattoria, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
