In anticipation that our A-list celebs will dress up their kids for the hallowing, we decided to make it a fun competition. I have to say that the competition between Blue Ivy and North West for the best celebrity kid Halloween costume was very intense. Lady Bey and Jay Z dressed Blue Ivy as Michael Jackson, while Kanye and Kim Kardashian dressed baby North in a skunk costume. Mariah Carey’s twins Monroe and Moroccan celebrated the holiday in Australia, where their mother is working. Maria tweeted this: ‘Holiday festivities no matter where we are!!!! #Australia #Halloween.’
