A video released by ISIS shows the beheading of American journalist James Foley, who disappeared in November 2012 in Syria.
The video posted on YouTube contained a message to the United States to end its military operations in Iraq.
In the video, Foley is
seen kneeling next to a man dressed in black. He reads a message,
presumably scripted by his captors, that his "real killer'' is America.
"I wish I had more time. I
wish I could have the hope for freedom to see my family once again,"
Foley can be heard saying in the video.
He is then shown being beheaded.
These
sick terrorists will do everything to destroy our spirit and desecrate
everything we hold dear. Not only are we fighting evil here in America,

A figure in a black robe with a gun strapped on his person and a masked hat covering his face, apart from his eyes, appears in the video next to Foley.
In the video, the Islamic State says that Obama’s authorization of strikes against IS places United States “upon a slippery slope towards a new war front against Muslims,” accordin to BNO.
“Any attempt by you, Obama, to deny Muslims liberty & safety under the Islamic caliphate, will result in the bloodshed of your people,” the ISIS person added.
Foley also speaks in the video, saying: “call on my friends, family members and loved ones to rise up against my real killers, the U.S. government.”
