Today, at about 11:37 a.m., there was a single vehicle accident at Holcomb Bridge Rd. near the intersection of Barnwell Rd. involving a BMW sedan. Preliminary investigation shows that the vehicle attempted to change lanes, struck a curb and overturned, striking a fire hydrant. There were no injuries reported and no one was transported to the hospital," the police tell us.When cops arrived on scene, we're told they discovered Nick was driving on a suspended license and cops felt Gordon's behavior gave them probable cause to arrest him for DUI .We're told police did not conduct a breathalyzer test, but they are seeking a warrant for a blood test.
