‘Beyonce and Child’ Painting Rejected By The High Museum of Modern Art

The High Museum of Modern Art has rejected without explanation a painting of bordello singer Beyonce and her daughter Blue Ivy. Apparently Beyonce thinks she’s a modern masterpiece, and that her likeness and that of her child should hang in a museum for art lovers to enjoy. All jokes aside, the artwork was created by noted Zealand copywriter Eloise Jack as part of The ‘Carter family Portraits’. ‘Beyonce and Child’ was inspired by Raphael Sanzio‘s classic modern art oil painting “Madonna and Child with Book” (1502).
