While on a tour to inspect damage to infrastructure caused by heavy rains in the City of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania’s Vice President Dr. Mohamed Gharib Bilal, Dr. John Magufuli, Dar regional commissioner, Meck Sadiki and Afande Kova survived the crash that happened today in the city.
