Vanguard Newspaper finally announced their 2013 sexiest actor and actress and Mr Yul Edochie and Ms Tonto Dike emerged as winners. The votes came in from vanguard readers through sms and cut-off coupons. The Sexiest in Nollywood public opinion poll started in 2008 and the maiden edition winners were Genevieve Nnaji and Jim Iyke. Genevieve won the crown as the Sexiest woman in Nollywood in 2008 followed by Ini Edo in second place and Mercy Johnson in third.
