The younger brother of the Everly brothers duo Phil Everly has died at the age of 74. He passed away in Burbank, California on Friday, Jan. 3. His wife Patti said he suffered from COPD and was a life-long cigarette smoker. The duo in their days showed there fans, the Beach Boys and the Beatles how to sing harmony and incorporate it into a pop music form that was irresistible. Their hit songs in the late1950's were Bye Bye Love, When Will I Be Loved and All I Have to
Do Is Dream. He is survived by his wife, brother Don, mother, sons Jason and Chris, and his two granddaughters. May his soul rest in peace.
