Joan Rivers the E! Fashion Police presenter has called Kanye and Kim's baby North West, 'ugly' and 'desperately in need of a waxing'. She tries to make her a centre for comedy joke in her last stand up. She said Kim brought North before to the E! television network office. Here is her comedy line: 'That baby is ugly... I've never seen a six-month-old so desperately in need of a waxing.' Lol you started it Joan, you know Kanye will get back at yaaaaa.......
